January 1st 2007 I start my new job as a PhD Student at Department of Communication, Aalborg University. This will be my PhD Blog.
In short, my PhD project is on young people’s use of social networking sites on the internet. You can read more about me, my research and my PhD project on these pages.
Inspired by many other PhD Students I choose to create a blog in order to keep track of my thoughts, my work, my inspiration, my ideas and my research. First of all, I reckon that it will be useful for me in my PhD process, but secondly, I am hoping that it might be useful to others. Certainly, I benefit a lot from reading other researchers’ blogs on topics such as youth research, social networking, Web 2.0 and other areas of interest to me. So therefore, welcome to my PhD Blog.
